By accessing the geo138 platform, creating an Account, or placing any Wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and, if applicable, close your Account by contacting our support team.
To register and use geo138, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during which your Account remains active:
Each eligible individual may hold one Account only on the geo138 platform. The registration of multiple Accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, telephone numbers, or payment methods — constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identification, your date of birth, your Indonesian mobile telephone number, and a valid email address. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date.
You must choose a strong, unique password for your Account and must not share your login credentials with any third party. geo138 will not be held liable for any loss arising from your failure to maintain the security of your Account credentials.
geo138 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason for such refusal.
geo138 is committed to operating a secure, fraud-resistant platform. As part of this commitment, all players are required to complete identity verification (KYC) before processing their first withdrawal request, and at any subsequent time that geo138 deems appropriate based on risk assessment.

geo138 will process submitted KYC documents within 3 business days of receipt of a complete submission. Withdrawal requests will be placed on hold until verification is complete. We reserve the right to request additional documentation if the initial submission is incomplete or inconclusive.
All deposits to your geo138 Account must be made via one of the approved payment methods listed on the Platform at the time of deposit. Approved methods currently include bank transfers via BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, and Bank Permata, as well as e-wallet transfers via OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja.
All deposits are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (Rp / IDR). Minimum and maximum deposit amounts per transaction are displayed at the point of deposit and may vary by payment method.
Deposits made to geo138 must originate from a payment account held in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. If a deposit is received from an account that cannot be verified as belonging to you, the funds will be frozen pending investigation and may be returned to the originating account.
geo138 does not charge fees for deposits; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges, for w hich geo138 accepts no responsibility.
Withdrawal requests may only be submitted once your Account has passed KYC verification. Withdrawals are processed exclusively to a payment account held in your own name and matching the method used for your most recent deposit, wherever operationally possible.
The minimum withdrawal amount and any applicable processing windows are displayed on the withdrawal page at the time of your request. geo138 aims to process approved withdrawals within the following timeframes:
geo138 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks prior to processing any withdrawal, which may extend the processing time. You will be notified via your registered email address if additional verification is required.
Withdrawal requests submitted outside of WIB business hours will be queued for processing on the next available business day. geo138 does not process withdrawals on days when the Indonesian national banking system is closed.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the geo138 platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Balance, and reporting to relevant authorities where applicable:
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, geo138 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or the cost of procuring substitute services.
geo138's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total value of Real Money Funds deposited by that Player in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
geo138 does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or that any defect will be corrected. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We will make all reasonable commercial efforts to maintain Platform availability and to minimise downtime, and will provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance where practicable.
geo138 accepts no liability for any interruption to your gameplay or betting activity caused by factors outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to internet service outages, Indonesian banking system disruptions, force majeure events, or third-party software provider outages.
geo138 is committed to protecting the personal data of all players. The collection, use, storage, and disclosure of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and is incorporated herein by reference.
By registering an Account, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. This includes the use of your data for KYC verification, fraud prevention, responsible gaming monitoring, and the delivery of personalised promotional communications where you have opted in to receive them.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must close your Account and withdraw your remaining Balance before the effective date of the amendment.
Non-material amendments (such as corrections of typographical errors or clarifications that do not affect your substantive rights) may take effect immediately upon publication without prior notice.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with internationally recognised principles of commercial law applicable to online gaming operations. geo138 operates as an internationally licensed platform and these Terms do not purport to be governed by any single national jurisdiction's domestic law to the exclusion of all others.
In the event of any dispute between you and geo138 arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform, both parties agree to attempt to resolve the dispute in good faith through direct negotiation in the first instance. Formal dispute notifications should be submitted in writing to [email protected], clearly describing the nature of the dispute and the resolution sought.
geo138 will acknowledge all formal dispute notifications within 5 business days and will endeavour to reach a resolution within 30 calendar days of acknowledgement. Where a resolution cannot be reached through direct negotiation, the parties agree to refer the matter to a mutually agreed independent arbitration process.
